Angela Waldie
Certified Nutritional Practitioner
Angela is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) with a deep commitment to addressing the root causes of health issues. Graduating from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Angela combines a strong foundation in both scientific and holistic approaches to wellness, empowering clients to achieve optimal health through personalized nutritional guidance. Before pursuing a career in nutrition, Angela earned a Bachelor of Science in Ecological Restoration from BCIT and a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University (SFU). This diverse academic background has shaped Angela's holistic view on health, with a strong focus on the interconnectedness of the environment, lifestyle, and personal well-being.
Angela’s passion for holistic health is deeply personal. After experiencing hormone imbalances and encountering limitations within the traditional medical system, Angela sought the guidance of a Naturopathic Doctor to explore underlying causes rather than just masking symptoms. This transformative experience ignited a strong belief in the power of holistic practices and solidified Angela’s mission to help others take a proactive, root-cause approach to their health.
With a lifelong interest in health, fitness, and wellness—exemplified by taking dance classes since the age of three—Angela integrates physical activity, mindful nutrition, and mental well-being into a holistic approach to health.
Angela is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to well-being, guiding them through sustainable, evidence-based nutritional practices to address underlying causes and promote long-term vitality.
